Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Vivo is a well-reputed Chinese multinational smartphone assembly and manufacturing company. For the expansion of the operational work, we are looking for the position of Head of the Department (Quality Department) Google Map Location: https://maps.app.goo.gl/mu1P3WhL6sBsCM1H9Work Working Time: 08:00:00 AM to 05:00:00 PM (including one hour break); Six days working (week off Friday) OT Facilities: Free Snacks during Overtime English & Chinese Proficiency: High Level.Quality: positive, active, careful, expression, coordination, execution, and compression ability. Should be ready to adhere to company culture and policies. Preference: Who can join us as soon as possible. Should be ready to accept challenges and have the desire to learn new skills.
∎ Job Responsibility:
∎ 1. Develop comprehensive quality control procedures for each stage of the mobile manufacturing process, including component sourcing, assembly, and final product testing. This ensures that every step meets the required quality standards.
∎ 2. Establish quality-control processes for monitoring and evaluating product performance. This signifies regularly assessing conformity with specifications, industry standards, and applicable regulations.
∎ 3. Lead a team of quality departments & provide guidance, training, and support to ensure their effectiveness in maintaining product quality.
∎ 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development, manufacturing, and supply chain management, to identify and resolve quality issues. Work together to drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product quality.
∎ 5. Conduct regular audits and inspections of manufacturing processes, equipment, and facilities.
∎ 6. Drive the implementation of quality management systems and tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. This ensures consistent product quality and reduces the risk of defects.
∎ 7. Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and regulatory requirements related to quality management in mobile device manufacturing. This knowledge helps to adapt and improve quality control procedures accordingly.
∎ 8. Continuously strive for excellence in quality control by seeking new methods, technologies, and best practices. This ensures that the mobile manufacturing process remains efficient, and reliable, and produces high-quality products.
