∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Export/ Import through L/C, Foreign procurement, Market Research, Purchase, Strategic Procurement, Suppliers and Vendor Management, Supply Chain Planning
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Fast Food Shop, Manufacturing (FMCG), Restaurant, Retail Store, Multinational Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Define a strategic Supply Planning, Manufacturing Management, distribution & Logistics, warehousing & Procurement action plan on yearly basis. The objectives in terms of savings and budget optimization, strategic sourcing (local & global), and main issues in terms of business integration
∎ Manage and coordinate the sales and operations planning including supply and demand forecasting, and inventory management on-time delivery.
∎ Monthly review of budgeted spend Vs actual spend and identification of gaps to improve cost efficiency
∎ Reduce Inventory holding & logistics cost, production cost by optimizing inventory flow
∎ Ensure the awareness of ethical charters, local purchasing procedures, procurement guidelines, contract procedures, budget processes, etc.
∎ Monitor and enhance the department's performance through effective management.
∎ Assure import regulations in regard to safe receipt of the cargo and customs clearance.
∎ Ensure all purchasing & procurement activities support and strengthen the strategic objectives of the overall organization.
∎ Strengthen SOP/Vendor master data management/ Procurement policy based on Govt. guidelines and the International standard.
∎ Implement Key Performance Indicators and follow up.
∎ Warehouse and logistics operation management
∎ Ensure 100% compliance with statutory and regulatory affairs
∎ Must be able to work independently to lead and supervise the team
∎ Design & Implement systems & processes
∎ Ensure all statutory compliance for manufacturing, logistics, procurement, custom clearance & warehousing
∎ Team development. Coaching & guiding team for development
∎ Driving external stakeholder management & supplier relationship management
∎ Driving new product development projects and internal stakeholder management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Minimum of 5 years of experience in a food company in distribution or production. Exposure to import/export is a must.

Salary: Negotiable
