Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify probable Security Threat & risk in each establishment to safe life and assets
∎ Asses security personnel requirement for sites in considering local threat and risk
∎ Develop policy and procedure/SOP on Company Security System.
∎ Involve with Security Personnel recruitment as per company policy
∎ Provide required training to all level security personnel and take necessary initiative to improve the quality of security services.
∎ Liaison with local elites, govt. official and concerned authorities in relating to administrative bodies to resolve problem immediately.
∎ Review and Monitor performance of security personnel and reward them as per company policy.
∎ Visit Factories, Sites, production area and delivery point to ensure smooth operation of vehicle and others activities.
∎ Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management for the benefit of the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Retired Major or Captain will be given preference
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Security Management in any large manufacturing industries
