∎ Master of Science (MSc), Master of Science (MSc), Master of Science (MSc), Master of Science (MSc)
∎ Preferably in Science background from any recognized university with excellent academic record.
∎ MBA will an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the sales team to achieve target by ensuring Rx.
∎ Responsible to setup modern and effective marketing strategy for new/existing product.
∎ To prepare planning & execute accordingly to expand the market.
∎ Assist to achieve national sales target.
∎ Assist to evaluate national sales opportunities.
∎ Assist management in developing business strategies.
∎ Develop effective promotional policy.
∎ Direct, Assist and supervision of the Zonal Sales Managers
∎ Monitor day to day activities of the Zonal Sales Managers.
∎ Troubleshooting of the assigned areas
∎ Field force training & development
∎ Regular communication with customers
∎ Frequent travel throughout the nation.

Salary: Negotiable
