Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the Research & Innovation team, aligning efforts with the company's goals and objectives.
∎ Oversee product testing, quality assurance, and circuit analysis to ensure the highest standards of product excellence.
∎ Direct the preparation of R&D reports for sample products, ensuring accuracy and alignment with R&D objectives. Collaborate with Product Managers for seamless integration.
∎ Lead the verification of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and oversee trial production processes to drive operational efficiency and ensure rigorous quality assurance protocols for a diverse range of computing and IoT devices, upholding our commitment to excellence.
∎ Supervise the testing and verification processes for PCBs/Motherboards across various digital products, ensuring optimal performance and reliability and provide guidance and support to the team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
∎ Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Product Management, Engineering, and Manufacturing to drive seamless product development and deployment and ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and mitigate risks associated with research and innovation projects.
∎ Undertake any additional tasks or responsibilities as directed by the Management to drive the department's success
