∎ Strong knowledge of home appliance technologies, materials, and manufacturing processes.

∎ Strong leadership and team management abilities with a focus on driving performance and innovation.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the research and innovation strategy for the Home Appliances product, aligning with the company’s vision and long-term goals.
∎ Identify and assess emerging trends, technologies, and market demands to drive product innovation and R&D efforts.
∎ Oversee all R&D activities, from conceptualization to commercialization, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps and market needs.
∎ Supervise all kind of product Design, Investment, Costing, Mold & Die, Supplier handling, Certification, RM Order, PSI, Mass production, sample testing & analysis.
∎ Ensure the minimum wastage and BOM Cost and ensure maximum support from Production Management, Process Development, Quality Management and SCM.
∎ Monitoring the quality of running products and set standards to improve it further.
∎ Foster a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging creative problem-solving and out-of-the-box thinking.

This leader will spearhead the development and implementation of innovative technologies and products, driving the future of our home appliance offerings. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep industry expertise, a proven track record of successful innovation, and the ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams.
