∎ Identify new product opportunities, technologies, and industry trends.
∎ Lead and mentor the R&D team, encouraging innovation.
∎ Oversee new product development, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.
∎ Collaborate with marketing, sale and production for successful product launches.
∎ Lead research projects to improve products and processes.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
