∎ MSc. / BSc. in IPE/ ME/ EEE from any reputed University.
∎ MSc. / BSc. in IPE/ ME/ EEE from any reputed University.

∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Work experience with of ISO, BSTI, DIN, JIS etc. standards.
∎ Must have strong knowledge on 7QC Tools, Kaizen, PDCA, Six-Sigma, Lean, TQM, AQL, Fish Bone, Pareto Chart, error elimination etc. types of methodology and quality approach.
∎ Must have experience in fault analysis, nonconformity of process, quality improvement of products by strategical and technical approach.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to train staff.
∎ Thorough understanding of manufacturing and production in the industry.
∎ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
∎ Good hand in all types of Quality Management Tools.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To ensure the conforming product to end customer.
∎ To improve the overall quality rate of the factory.
∎ To make the decision of incoming raw materials based on testing & standard.
∎ Reliability testing & decision making.
∎ Failure mode & effect analysis of market return product.
∎ Team building & influencing to source inspection.
∎ Product development feedback to R&I Team.
∎ To arrange external testing for product life cycle (as per requirement).
∎ Training & upgrade the QM team members about quality tools
∎ To maintain the global QC standard and data analysis to identify and resolve production quality issues.
∎ Ensuring QMS, MSA, SPC and DOE.
∎ Quality Strategy & Plan for improvement to achieve the target.
∎ Assist in continuous improvement activities throughout the business ensuring that problems are prevented and that customer requirements are met.
