Educational Requirements:
∎ A Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree from a reputable university is required.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Creates and maintains an organization where Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering practice Quality on the Shop Floor collaborate to ensure robust Quality.
∎ • Supports the development of quality systems, deploys them into their organizations, and ensures products conform to defined requirements.
∎ • Understands and deploys processes to ensure conformance to internal and external regulations.
∎ • Responsible for adherence to specifications and procedures that have been established to ensure product quality.
∎ • Develops and deploys mid- and long-term strategy for, operational excellence.
∎ • Acts as advisor to subordinates to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems.
∎ • Manages overall coaching, training, and development plans for the team.
∎ • Staff the department appropriately to ensure compliance with all process quality requirements in accordance with the quality plan.
∎ • Manages regulatory inspections and other pre-inspection readiness audits.
∎ • Identifies and manages continuous improvement projects that may span multiple sections or departments with the objective of achieving quality, reliability, and cost improvements.
∎ • Develops and ensures adherence to department budget.
∎ • Knowledge of DGDA, Regulations, application of Good Data and Documentation Practices, and application of current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
∎ • Experience with aseptic processing and visual inspection of parenteral products preferred.
