Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed public university.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead and maintain whole affairs of administration, Productivity and cooperation of refinery process operation;
∎ To manage all task of factory to ensure smooth productivity by ensuring best quality of refined sugar;
∎ To maintain all other issues related with plant;
∎ To set production target, employ all machinery and resources to meet the deadline;
∎ To address environmental standard set by the law;
∎ Perform any other jobs assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ The ideal candidate should have minimum 10 Years of experience in senior level osition in any reputed Sugar Refinery Industry independently & efficiently.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and beyond normal office hour;
∎ Ability to take decision based on fact and situation.
