Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with good academic records from reputed universities.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proven experience to collaborate with engineers, architects and other building professionals to determine the specifications of the project.
∎ Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
∎ Review, approval and presentation of progress reporting to the top management.
∎ Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish in compliance with project estimates.
∎ Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
∎ Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
∎ Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities
∎ A team player with leadership abilities and supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc.
∎ Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
∎ Good knowledge of MS project.
∎ Ensure adherence to all international health and safety standards.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experienced 20+ storied Commercial Construction Project Head to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish
∎ To organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
∎ Well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results.
∎ Minimum 15 years of experience to lead construction of Highrise commercial building with 3 to 4 basement levels.
