∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Auto CAD, Mechanical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Project Engineer, Project Management, Project Planning
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the planning and implementation of project
∎ Develop full scale project plans
∎ Plan and schedule project timelines
∎ Correspond and coordinate with all overseas and local stakeholders/ interest group, i.e. civil engineers, machine suppliers etc.
∎ Lead constrain, erection & commission
∎ Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
∎ Provide project status reports regarding project milestones, dependencies, risks, and project results to senior leadership
∎ Partner with business stakeholders to identify existing areas of waste, and highlight process gaps and areas of improvement across assigned, and other business functions
∎ Research, design, run and test processes to optimize productivity and workflow
∎ Manage the implementation of new processes and procedures
∎ Partner with the quality and analytics teams to measure efficacy of process changes, quickly pivoting where necessary to ensure success and sustainability
∎ Maintain process maps, sops, and project plans to execute on critical business initiatives
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 38 years
∎ Candidates having experience in Galvanizing industry will be preferred
Salary: Negotiable
