∎ Job Location: EREBA Capsule Limited, Bhaluka, Mymensingh, Bangladesh

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring day-to-day production activities which include quality, quantity, and control of wastage to increase the output
∎ Working towards achieving the company's goal to achieve regulatory requirements and customer satisfaction
∎ Developing the process to reduce defect levels to increase productivity
∎ Coordinating with the maintenance team for preventive maintenance to get better continuity of the machine
∎ Developing production plans and schedules, and arranging for resources to ensure achievement of organizational targets as per budget and parameters
∎ Allocating and handling manpower in shifts or roaster
∎ Monitoring and controlling process parameters using SCADA
∎ Leading the team to reduce downtime to achieve target efficiency
∎ Monitoring the production process to identify derivation leading to defective and rejected capsules
∎ Undertaking reliable modifications to achieve a static process control install manufacturer of products making determined specification and quality attributes
∎ Carrying out an intensive maintenance program of high-speed capsule manufacturing machines
∎ Monitoring and maintenance of quality
∎ Managing the function of preventive breakdown maintenance of mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic machines
∎ Ensuring GMP in the production area
∎ Maintaining and following up the papers and documentation for QMS & comply with the US- FDA, UK-MHRA & relevant accreditation organizations like ISO 9001:2008, HACCP, HALAL and KOSHER certification

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 25 years of experience in the Capsule Manufacturing Industry at home or abroad
∎ Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
∎ Efficient and hard working
