Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ DU-ILET/KUET or any reputed university.
∎ The candidate should have minimum 15 years practical working experience for sports, synthetics and leather shoe factory.
∎ Required 5 years practical experience in at least 5-line factory as Head of Plant/GM.
∎ University of Dhaka,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Footwear, Leather industry

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ •The selected candidate will be responsible to manage the overall factory management & production related activities effectively & efficiently.
∎ •To ensure consistent monitoring of day-to-day quality, production, work in progress leading to continuous improvements.
∎ •Manpower budgeting and allocations as per future planning.
∎ •Provide vision for different products to create benefits and value proposition for a customer, which in turn will translate into revenue and profitability.
∎ •Develop and design monitoring footwear products portfolio strategy to sustain competitive advantage and market leadership in the international footwear industry.
∎ •Reporting factory performance to the Board of Directors monthly.
∎ •Coordination and integration at all departments to ensure smooth operation.
∎ •Develop, review, get approval and execute products pricing strategy to ensure maximize profit margin with the export buyer.
∎ •Able to lead the team of product management towards achieving of overall targets.
∎ •Process improvements and innovations to reduce minute value.
∎ •To maintain constant supply chain.
∎ •Ensure all tasks in all departments are done according to SOP.
∎ •Basic knowledge on ERP system, kaizen, six sigma, lean manufacturing, 4th industrial revolution, process automation and industrial engineering.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong English communication skills in written and fluent in English.
∎ Computer knowledge in e-mail, internet, word and excel is a must.
∎ Applicants should have experienced in footwear industry.
∎ Clear understanding of financial numbers and ratios and how it impacts in the business.
∎ Sales planning and inventory control.
∎ Production roadmap.
∎ Success rate of shipment and buyers.
∎ Product planning business opportunity analysis.
∎ Appropriate pricing of articles under product category.
Salary: Negotiable
