Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan for the coming order by managing capacity both inside and outside of the organization. Forecast upcoming work load and take action accordingly;
∎ Schedule deliveries based on production forecasts, material substitutions, storage and handling facilities, and maintenance requirements;
∎ Build effective communication with the departments of fabric, merchandising, production, quality, store, and maintenance for smooth shipment;
∎ Analyze the monthly production plan and sort out the loop holes and give necessary direction to achieve the departmental goal;
∎ Conduct the daily production meeting to follow up the weekly shipment schedule and running problem which is related with shipment;
∎ Review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, estimate production cost and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities. Implement lean manufacturing process;
∎ Monitor operations sequence, material flow, functional statements, organization and project information to charts and functions worker determine responsibilities;
∎ Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of finished product;
∎ Recommend methods for improving utilization of personnel, material, and utilities;
∎ Regulate and alter workflow schedules according to established manufacturing sequences and lead times to expedite production operations;
∎ Perform any other task as assigned by the superior. Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site. Having a clean desk policy.
