Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish the scope of services, develop and implement strategic, operating and financial plan to accomplish departmental goals and objectives which contribute achieving organizational strategic objectives.
∎ Planning commissioning hospital pharmacy services.
∎ Develop and Implement Pharmacy Facility, Furniture and Fixtures Design and Operational Workflow.
∎ Design and Customize Pharmacy Module of HIS in align with Pharmacy Operational Workflow.
∎ Design and Implement Pharmacy operations to ensure effective selection, preparation, storage, procurement, distribution, monitoring and assessment of outcomes of drugs and other pharmaceuticals used for the care and treatment of patients.
∎ Design and Implant the Clinical Pharmacy Services.
∎ Develop and implement the policy and procedures on medication management and use in compliance with joint commission international (JCI) standards.
∎ Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Pharmacy Department that consider a range of managerial and clinical indicators.
∎ Staff management & roster monitoring.
∎ Keeping records & doing other administrative tasks.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have more than 5 years working experience as head position in a reputed hospital.
