∎ Proven track record of successfully leading retail transformation, omni-channel experience, store design and development projects from concept to completion, with a focus on enhancing the customer experience.
∎ Strong understanding of retail merchandising principles, costing, vendor partner management, visual merchandising techniques, and store layout optimization, with proven examples of how to govern quality and timely best-in-class execution Nationwide.
∎ Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
∎ Knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards applicable to retail environments.
∎ Strategic thinker with the ability to collaborate with field team, to analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop cost and operational efficiency, maximizing retail footfall and other actionable plans to drive business results.

∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop store layouts, merchandising strategies, and visual merchandising displays that optimize the customer journey and drive sales.
∎ Ensure that store merchandising is set up according to company guidelines and standards, and conduct regular governance mechanisms to maintain consistency.
∎ Oversee the civil and physical development of new stores and projects, working closely with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.·
∎ Drive the transformation of existing stores to create more vibrant and customer-friendly environments, implementing improvements to store layout, signage, lighting, and ambiance.
∎ Drive merchandising innovation, industry best practices to stand apart from competition, while managing operational efficiency.
∎ Develop and implement health and safety protocols and standards for all store locations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
∎ Monitor global and local industry trends and best practices in retail store design and customer experience, incorporating innovative ideas and technologies into store development initiatives.
∎ Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the store design and development team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
∎ Drive cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience across all touchpoints.
