Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC or Diploma in Auto Mobile Engineering (Educational qualification may be relaxed for experienced candidate).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Find out ways to increase efficiency and minimize system loss
∎ To analyze problems associated with the process, design, control, flow, range of the plant / machinery and take corrective measures.
∎ Estimation, Requisition placement and co-ordinate with procurement/ Admin department for the required materials.
∎ Exchange views with local / expatriate consultants to solve different problems arose from Mechanical, Auto Electrical devices etc.
∎ Prepare & submit weekly / monthly report on preventive maintenance, emergency / breakdown maintenance of machinery.
∎ Dealing with different suppliers & contractors for supply of materials for different periodical repair / maintenance and completing the task in timely manner in consultation with management and respective consultant.
∎ Maintaining and monitoring safety measures of all the equipment and vehicle.
∎ Purchase materials, parts, components with approved price and quality required for installation and general maintenance.
∎ Providing regular training and advice to the workers of the workshop to develop their still.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 -7 years working experience in performing above responsibilities.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Equipment Operation, Maintenance, Service & support.
∎ Experience in proper maintenance of machineries such as Furnace, Hydraulic System, Crane, Reach Stacker, Pump etc.
∎ Ability to work hard, honest, sincere, proactive, self-motivated, energetic and coordinate with higher Management.
∎ Problem diagnosis and solving ability in technical aspects with appropriate knowledge.
∎ Experienced in procurement / purchase of all maintenance materials with appropriate price, quantity and quality.
∎ Ability to arrange appropriate contractors, suppliers, workman for assigned job and get the work done ensuring perfect workmanship.
∎ Computer skills on word processing, spreadsheet, Internet applications and relevant computer programs.
∎ Moderate writing and oral Communication skills particularly in Bangla and English.
∎ Proven Experience in performing the said responsibilities.
