Job Context:
∎ Sundarban Courier Service (Pvt.) Ltd looking to hire a competent, hardworking, honest, dynamic and result-oriented professional for the post of "Head of Maintenance (Vehicle)" to join the company located in Dhaka.
∎ Work Place: Hub Keraniganj Office, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Properly document all information about vehicles during the intake process
∎ Diagnose all current issue with vehicles
∎ To receive complain from vehicle user or driver and assigning technicians to solve the problem.
∎ Keeps equipment available for use by inspecting and testing vehicles and completing preventive maintenance such as engine tune-ups, oil changes, and tire rotations
∎ Trouble shooting of the light and heavy vehicle such as 1615, 1613, 407, TATA ACE, CNG Vehicle ect.
∎ Scheduling and monitoring the repair work in an appropriate order.
∎ To set up strategic plan in all repair case so that every repair work is fast and convenient
∎ Maintains vehicles' functional condition by listening to operator complaints and conducting inspections.
∎ Repairs mechanical and electrical system malfunctions and replaces parts and components.
∎ Verifies vehicle serviceability by conducting test drives, adjusting controls, and updating systems
∎ Maintains vehicle appearance by cleaning, washing, and painting.
∎ Compiles vehicle records by recording service and repairs.
∎ Contains costs by keeping track of warranties and evaluating service and parts options.
∎ Conduct routine maintenance work (replacing fluids, lubricating parts etc.) aiming to vehicle functionality and longevity.
∎ Keeps supplies ready by inventorying stock, placing orders, and verifying receipts
∎ Schedule future maintenance sessions and advice motorists on good vehicle use.
∎ Provide accurate estimates (cost, time, effort) for a repair or maintenance job.
∎ Maintain a clean and safe store environment
