∎ Bachelor In Engineering (BEngg) / B.sc in Mechatronic.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Knit garments
Job Context:
∎ Breakdown Maintenance Time and Frequency Minimization.
∎ Lower Down Re Do or Re Work %
∎ Cost Reduction based on inventory management and minimize breakdown.
∎ Preventive Maintenance Activities.
∎ Utilization of Stock parts with keeping minimum spare parts inventory.
∎ Minimize external support based on spare parts repair including Motor, Inverter, And Electronic Cards and so on.
∎ ]Minimum lead time for Bill Submission and Accounts related liabilities clearance.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.
∎ Monitor and control expenses, spare parts inventory and budget.
∎ Follow up all audit requirements in term of documentation, machine maintenance, and safety issues.
∎ Lead a team to rectify all mechanical and electrical issues.
∎ Identify and troubleshoot all mechanical and electrical problems.
∎ Monitor & handle electrical safety of the full factory.
∎ Need to pursue all electrical and mechanical works for operation and maintenance of power equipment like Sub- Station, AVR, ATS, Electrical panel board etc.
∎ To maintain audit related documents like ACCORD, Alliance and others for electrical safety, fire safety and building safety related issues.
∎ Monitor & supervise all the utilities issues such as air compressor, diesel & gas generator, Boiler, Chiller, A/C plant, water pump, workshop, steam boiler, washing machine, yarn dyeing, ETP & WTP, knitting, RMG, etc.
∎ Any others allocated duties in future from higher authority.
