Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure proper approval and permissions from government offices and other relevant authorities such as RAJUK, Civil Aviation, WASA, Electric, Gas, Fire service, D.C.C., Traffic Police and Environment Dept. etc.
∎ Collect no objection certificate for High-rise building, Land use & Mortgage permission, Special Project Clearance/Permission, Plan approval, Mutation, Power of Attorney acceptance, Service charge payment, Demarcation, Construction order etc.
∎ Liaise with government departments and other external regulatory bodies to ensure that all documentation and permissions are obtained in a timely manner.
∎ Manage correspondence related to government approvals and ensure that all documents are accurately completed and submitted.
∎ Maintain records of all applications and supporting documents Ensure utility line (Permanent & Temporary) Connection for Water, Sewerage & Gas etc.
∎ Monitor the progress of applications and provide updates to relevant stakeholders
