∎ 5-10 years of experience in Learning & Development within the Textile/RMG or Manufacturing sectors, MNCs, or the Financial Industry.
∎ Completed education in Engineering or BBA/MBA from a reputed university.
∎ 5-10 years of experience in Learning & Development within the Textile/RMG or Manufacturing sectors, MNCs, or the Financial Industry.
∎ Completed education in Engineering or BBA/MBA from a reputed university.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the development of learning materials from initial design to final scripting.
∎ Oversee the timely recording and post-production of courses.
∎ Ensure the quality of course content meets established standards.
∎ Monitor enrollments and ensure the timely launch of all batches.
∎ Maintain regular communication with all product managers and course mentors.
∎ Provide training to internal teams and B2B partners of Industria-academia.
