Job Responsibilities:
∎ At bti, you will be joining a team of industry leaders in a role that will allow you to continue to hone and develop your sales management skills using your interior design development skills in a respectful and productive working environment.
∎ The Head of Sales role will then see you Leading a tight team of interior designers and support staff.
∎ In line with the business strategy, you will implement business plans and lead, mentor, and coach a team of architects cum sales professionals, achieving goals and targets whilst supporting their individual development.
∎ In addition, you will continue to provide superior design consultation to current and prospective clients. This multifaceted role will offer you the opportunity to be recognized for your genuine sales experience, ability to translate, and residential design knowledge.
∎ Attributes you will bring to the role include an attention to detail, advanced communication and problem-solving skills, goal focus, combined with a natural focus on customer service, time management and being able to multi-task.
∎ You will also have demonstratable proven advanced sales experience and capability, ideally supported by experience in the renovation or building industry. Whilst Interior Design Qualification, Sales funnel management experience would be preferable but not a must.
