Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a competitive, creative, passionate, and goal-oriented interior architect to head our fast-growing interior design team. Responsibilities include establishing SFS as an interior design firm of excellence. Detail of work include monitoring the team for design aesthetics, fast tracking projects, build marketing strategies for increasing sales, meeting with clients and overall managing the interior designers and sales teams.
∎ Interested candidate should be comfortable working as both a team player and a coach, and possess the skills to produce sales as well as train and motivate a dynamic interior designers and team members towards success. He/she will have the freedom to and must possess the conviction to create and implement strategies that will lead to the continued growth of the interior design studio.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Increase sales of interior design consultancy through customer interaction with large firms.
∎ Increase the overall client base to ensure a growing profitable business
∎ Set team goals and strategize for design team members to improve delivery process & increase aesthetics in design and implementation of designs.
∎ Expand collaboration with other brands and constantly work with introducing innovative materials.
∎ Conduct monthly and quarterly performance reviews of all design team members.
∎ Develop strategies to improve work delivery of the interior design department members.
∎ Overseeing the aesthetic quality and functionality of design by the designers
∎ Maintain responsibility for timely delivery of work
∎ Monitoring performance of all sales activities.
∎ Provide strong leadership to achieve maximum profitability and growth in conjunction with company goals.
∎ Strive to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction with all customer interactions.
∎ Will demonstrate a high level of professional integrity by taking pride, ownership and responsibility
∎ for own work as well as the full interior design team.
∎ Will have high expectations, for self and team and will push to achieve targets for designers and sales people.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Proven track record of achieving goals in a deadline-based industry with an attitude taking charge and pushing forward to get the job done under intense pressure and often challenging situations.
∎ Regularly shows the ability to seek out and finds solutions to problems as they come up while maintaining overall control.
∎ Values training, new challenges and opportunities to develop own self and advance own skill set while continually raising the bar to a higher level of performance by other team members under him.
∎ Projects self-confidence to others and is comfortable speaking and presenting in a group setting in a convincing, articulate and polished manner that reflects expertise and industry knowledge.
∎ Willingly shares knowledge and ideas with others; helping others to improve their own skills and expertise and introduces newer better work systems.
∎ Advanced skill in software.
∎ Demonstrates an expert level of skill, works quickly and efficient with high degree of Accuracy.
∎ Ability to work with the alignment of company Culture and Core Values.
