Experience Requirements:
∎ 9 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive operational excellence by establishing and delivering best-in-class service level objectives and key performance indicators in HR Service Delivery
∎ Lead HR Service Delivery Team to manage employee lifecycle starting from onboarding, cultural integration and exit management
∎ Lead the payroll and income tax, medical and life insurance, & fund (PF, GF and WPPF) operations for the organization
∎ Lead the team for effective forecasting of HR Budget and accuracy in provisioning of HR GLs
∎ Act as a custodian of the HRIS and digital platforms managed by HR Service Delivery team for effective management of employee lifecycle and day to day services
∎ Introduce process and policies that minimize redundancy, reduce complexity, and contribute towards efficiency & customer satisfaction
∎ Enhance efficiency of operations and performance, quality and scalability through continuous improvement initiatives, ongoing automation and innovation
∎ Prepare & conduct periodic employee satisfaction surveys to gauge engagement levels, analyze feedbacks and implement as per business feasibility
∎ Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and establish current and future HR service needs by improving of existing and development of new HR policies & processes
∎ Initiate, negotiate and implement relevant service contracts for each support service (e.g. Medical & Life Insurance, Background verification, Executive health check-up ect) of HR Service Delivery

Additional Requirements:
∎ 9-12 years of total experience inclusive of 5-6 years of relevant experience in managerial role
∎ Required Capabilities- Advanced understanding of Remuneration operations, policies & best practices
∎ Basic knowledge of Labor & Tax Laws of the country
∎ In-depth knowledge of market/industry trends
∎ Advances knowledge of Microsoft Office Suit (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
∎ Basic knowledge of Microsoft Visio (flowchart development)
∎ Good understanding of Human Capital Resource Structuring & Management
∎ Good understanding of legal perspectives on wages, pay equity and benefits
∎ Ability to engage, conduct diagnosis, analyze findings, generate options and build commitment to solution
