∎ Job Location: EREBA Capsule Limited, Bhaluka, Mymensingh, Bangladesh
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring that Gelatin solution is manufactured correctly and cost-effectively and delivered on time to the manufacturing department in accordance with customer build specifications and quality requirements
∎ Communicating with all the relevant departments and co-coordinating all relevant inputs (people, plant, and processes) to ensure that production output, yield, and on-time delivery targets are achieved
∎ Planning and execution of monthly production, requirements of raw materials, and engineering items
∎ Coordinating with the Supply Chain department to ensure the availability of raw materials and engineering items
∎ Monitoring the inventory to ensure raw materials and products are receipted, located, stored, and transferred correctly and the company's inventory data is always accurate
∎ Working on R&D to reduce cost and increase yield or change processes/methods to improve quality cost-effectively
∎ Maintaining and following up the papers and documentation for QMS & comply with the US- FDA, UK- MHRA & relevant accreditation organizations. Also, ISO 9001:2015, HACCP, HALAL and KOSHER
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 20 years of experience required in Gelatin solution preparation for Capsule Manufacturing Industry in home or abroad
∎ Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ Efficient and hard working
