Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc / MSc in EEE from any recognized university. (Preferably from BUET / CUET / KUET / DUET)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Wide knowledge on ESLD, review and designing SLD, LPS, ELD, Electrical earth pit, load calculation, BNBC, NTPA, etc.
∎ Good knowledge of Industrial electrical equipment such as Generator, Transformer, Boiler, Motor winding, IPS, Air compressor, Electrical bus-bar, etc.
∎ Capable to lead an electrical team, develop service procedure, policies and standards, provide electrical safety training among the electricians, repair / provide a solution of faulty electrical components.
∎ Good knowledge in Alliance / Accord requirement.
∎ Preparation of maintenance schedule of different types of electrical components and ensure its services on time.
∎ Knowledge on fire pump, fire hydrant, fire detection system operation and maintenance.
∎ Knowledge on Thermograph scan, Electrical insulation test, Earth resistance test, System Earthling, illumination test of lighting, etc.
∎ Prepare reports, analyse data and make recommendations for improving operations and solving maintenance-related problem.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ 8 to 10 years experience in any garments industries.
∎ Goal oriented, good communication and collaborative skills, critical thinking, problem solving skills, leadership skills, positive and proactive approach to work, good planning / organizational / analytical skills to assess risk and has initiative.
