Job Context:
∎ Department: Distribution
∎ Job Location: Farm Office, Bashon, Gazipur
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare daily work plan of Distribution Department.
∎ To prepare daily Target plan and Staff & worker attendance report send to Management on daily basis.
∎ To monitor all activities of departmental staffs.
∎ To monitor rapid and smoothly product supply as per dealer order from buffer point.
∎ To liaison with Processing, Inventory, Buffer, Order Receive & Call Center Dept. for enhancing rapidly product delivery as per dealer order to dispatch point.
∎ To prepare daily work plan for vehicle (Cover van) as per requirements with concern of Head of Dept. and Head of Farm for dispatch.
∎ To supervise and liaison with Head Office (Transport Dept.) for vehicle fitness concern with Head of Farm.
∎ To handle Police Surgeon when delivery cover van on dispatch to Dhaka.
∎ To handle daily complain (Transport and Courier related) which is receive from different area offices.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ 7-8 years practical experience in the relevant field particularly in FMCG
Salary: Negotiable
