Job Context:
∎ We’re looking for a competitive, passionate, and goal-oriented Construction Sales Manager to join our fast-growing company. In this role, you’ll be tasked with quickly and aggressively building a sales pipeline and developing a high-performance team. While doing that your civil engineering degree and construction experience will give you an added advantage to lead the team and with the customers.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain responsibility for performance of all sales activities.
∎ Establish and strategically build a solid customer base.
∎ Recruit, train, and motivate a Sales team toward hitting specified sales goals.
∎ Set team goals and conduct monthly and quarterly performance reviews with all team members.
∎ Provide strong leadership to achieve maximum profitability and growth in conjunction with company goals.
∎ Lead by example, using the established sales processes, and close a high percentage of the leads that you and your team generate.
∎ Continually analyze the sales process in an effort to refine and improve its success, and work with upper management to establish sales reporting framework.
∎ Strive to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction with all customer interactions.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Having experience of working in construction and sales
∎ Strong track record of accomplishments and promotions in the Sales field
∎ Highly personable, with the ability to quickly build relationships
∎ Experience setting ladders and climbing roofs
∎ 5 + years of sales experience in real estate or building material industry and knowledge of construction and/or building materials
∎ 4 + years of team management experience
∎ Ability to work with the alignment of company Culture and Core Values.

Salary: Negotiable
