Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering
∎ Training/Trade Course: Computer Knowledge (M.S.word, Excel, Power point).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 15 to 18 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Ceramic Technology
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all activities of Plant Maintenance.
∎ Responsible for Maintaining store and spare parts and controlling of Inventory of mechanical spare parts.
∎ Planning of Preventive/Schedule Maintenance of plant.
∎ Responsible for the Maintenance of Fork lifts and Wheel loader.
∎ Responsible for the maintenance of the material handling equipment.
∎ Responsible for the hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
∎ Responsible for the Planning of Men power handling under proper distribution of concerned responsibilities.
∎ Responsible for the Maintenance of pollution control units.
∎ Responsible for the maintenance of the grinding and crushing machineries.
∎ Review the job orders to determine the work priorities.
∎ Responsible for the schedule maintenance and operations of the workshop machinery.
∎ Responsible for the schedule maintenance, installation of the machinery, tools and equipment to ensure the continuous production and operation smoothly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Motivating and developing the subordinates.
∎ Hard Working, Determination, Honest, Self-confident and Creative.
∎ Identifying problems at root level and developing efforts for the solution.
∎ A quick learner with positive attitude and excellent leadership skills.
∎ The candidate should have the experience of on time maintenance and evaluating depreciation of the machine's major spares being under continuous revolving function in a plant and required replacement.
∎ The candidate should have profound knowledge of routine periodical maintenance of major control panels as and when required.
∎ A quick learner with positive attitude and excellent leadership skills.
∎ The candidate should be having the experience of erection and commissioning of whole ceramic tiles manufacturing industries.
Salary: Negotiable
