Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in EEE, Diploma in Electrical in EEE
Experience Requirements:
∎ 15 to 18 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Ceramic Technology
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have profound know-how on power systems & power generation for renewable energy and others.
∎ Responsible for root cause analysis of improvement areas in plant for reduction of power consumption.
∎ Responsible for Maintaining store and spare parts.
∎ Planning of Preventive/Schedule Maintenance of machines and panels.
∎ Analyzing the breakdown reasons of the machines and carrying out for predictive maintenance.
∎ Responsible for breakdown and taking for corrective action.
∎ Responsible for PLC programming.
∎ Responsible for the Planning of Men power handling.
∎ Responsible for the Maintenance of Air compressors.
∎ Raising the indents for spare parts and follow up with the purchase department.
∎ Checking out the availability of the critical spares of the machines and indenting the unavailable parts.
∎ Continuous monitoring of the sub-station of the plant and ensure the power supply.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Motivating and developing the subordinates.
∎ Hard working, Determination, Honest, Self-confident and Creative.
∎ Identifying problems, getting root cause and efforts for the solution.
∎ A quick learner with positive attitude and excellent leadership skills.
∎ The candidate should have the experience of erection and commissioning of whole ceramic tiles manufacturing industries.
∎ The candidate should have profound knowledge of designing of PLC/Relay based control panels. PLC programming should possess root cause analysis of improvement areas in plant for reduction of power consumption.
Salary: Negotiable
