∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Computer Science/ Engineering, Computer skill, Documentation, Education Project, Leadership, Research Support, teaching and training

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Communication skills, Computer Science, Education, Education Counseling, Education Project, Educational Administration, Human Resource Management, Leadership, teaching and training, Working experience in a University
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): University

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all the academic affairs of the Department.
∎ Looks after day to day activities relating to teaching and other workloads of his/her teaching and non-teaching staff of the department.
∎ Reports to the Principal regarding all the requirements of his/her department such as Faculty Member, supporting staff, equipment, books & journals, maintenance etc.
∎ Represents his/her department and will report to the Principal all the requirements/short comings for the development and proper functioning of the Department, during weekly/fortnightly meetings.
∎ Looks after the matter related to R & D, Consultancy and Research Publications.
∎ Arranges for Guest Lecture/Extension Lectures, Seminars, Workshops, and Conferences etc.
∎ Responsible for mobilizing his/her Faculty Member for different research grants.
∎ Responsible for innovative programmes including collaboration with other institutions, Universities and different industries.
∎ Ability to manage class schedule and conduct Classes as required.
∎ Monitor and maintain all kind of digital marketing and social media activities.
∎ Ability to do plan, implement, manage any task individually.
∎ Monitor & supervise admission process along with marketing team as required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have good leadership and Human resource management Skill.
∎ Quick learner and good knowledge along with good problem solving ability.
∎ Excellent written and spoken proficiency in Bangla and English Language.
∎ Candidate must be hard worker, passionate, dedicated, dynamic, self motivated, energetic and should be capable to work under pressure.
∎ Candidate who resides at Uttara, Dhaka will get preference.
∎ Candidate has to be able to take challenges and fulfill targets
∎ Ability to do plan, implement, manage any task individually.
