∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Care
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze the current trend of automotive market (Vehicle types and models)
∎ Accumulate customer query and delegate the best possible solution that meets customer needs.
∎ Enhancing the CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index).
∎ Ensure clients regarding the compatibility and benefits of Euro version engine/ BSV/BSVI and others updated technology.
∎ Providing the best solutions that match clients' requirements and expectations considering BD markets i.e. road condition, fuel condition, loading capacity, spare parts and service center availability, and effect of turbo, filter and body specifications.
∎ Develop product and maintain Tata Engineering Research Center (ERC) as per BD market demand.
∎ Ensure FIP feature and maintenance requirement so that customer remain satisfied.
∎ Mapping and creating the service network for better customer connection.
∎ Enhancing Service Market share through better customer linkage.
∎ Ensure full compliance to the accident-reporting process.
∎ Interacts with customers to identify opportunities as well as recommend to improve quality and establish feedback system by interfacing with customer quality representatives and circular throughout the organization for further processing.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate from foreign nationals will be given preference.
∎ Candidate may require to visit Service network around the country.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English.
∎ Good IT literacy is must especially in MS Office and E-communication.
