∎ Minimum 5 years in a similar position & at least 8 years experience with reputed developer companies.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible to run administration and construction independently.
∎ Must have experience as a construction developer.
∎ Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
∎ Review the project in depth to schedule deliberates and estimate cost.
∎ Monitor compliance with building and safety regulation.
∎ Plan and implement project work as per design, drawing, and time schedule.
∎ Supervise and guide the project manpower (Project Manager/Site Manager/Site Engineer).
∎ Understand the quality standard and arrange timely supply of required construction materials.
∎ Coordinate with all concern to solve the local and all other problem related with implementation.
∎ Proven experience in government and private projects.
