Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC/BA/BSS with sound experience on the respective field
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the Cleaning team to ensure there is a positive, motivational, supportive working environment.
∎ Ensure advanced planning of all cleaning operations including periodic tasks with clear schedules and sign off of all duties and tasks complete
∎ A focus on training and development of the team to establish good working practices with a vision and focus on both cleaning operation
∎ Provide professional support to the business in service-related matters
∎ Ensure high standards are always achieved, being flexible to meet the changing operational needs on a continual basis and to suggest new initiatives to ensure continuous improvement and best practice are continually delivered.
∎ Handle complaints and feedback from various department of the hospital.
∎ Identify training needs for all cleaning staff.
∎ Monitor cleaning material stock level and re-order materials when needed.
∎ Plan out work schedule for cleaners.
∎ Solve operational problems and make decisions.
∎ Submit daily cleanliness report to the competitive authority.
∎ Supervise team of cleaners in their assigned task.
∎ Train cleaners and team leaders on service standards.
∎ Any others task assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 5 years of managerial experiences in the same field.
Salary: Negotiable
