Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/MBA in any discipline from a reputed University
∎ Educational qualification will be relaxed for highly experienced candidate.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to develop business strategies and plans ensuring the C&F operations with long-term objectives
∎ Design good effective business plans in line with company policy.
∎ Organize and manage the team in clearing, documentation and logistics for the smooth running of operations in the system.
∎ Prompt attention within the stipulated time frame and with good feedback to management.
∎ Follow up with both operations and clearing staff to ensure that all documents are screened and captured with customs to identify deviation (if any) and solve immediately.
∎ Ensure that all financial request and transactions are well handled with dispatch and address seemingly delay with management.
∎ Ensure all facilities are in place for transporters and that all safety standards are met with specific requirements.
∎ Ensure weekly update of activities to manage periodic reports and update daily operations to respective authorities.
∎ Support in preparation of operational budget & forecasting.
∎ Manage different tasks time to time as assigned by Head Office.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 12 years of experience out of which 5 years in similar position from any C&F Company.
∎ Females are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Strong business acumen and exceptional interpersonal and communication skill
∎ Capable to handle and operate C&F Company independently.
∎ Good knowledge regarding Customs, Jetty & other works of C&F operations.
∎ Strong knowledge on various SRO, HS code, all import & export regulation for the C&F operation.
∎ Having good knowledge on releasing capital Machineries, plant Machineries, Chemical & other imports for Bond & non Bond and commercial imports for a large Group.
Salary: Negotiable
