∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Education Marketing, Training
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare the Business Development Framework .
∎ Assisting with the design and implementation of the training programme liaising with IPSIT and partners
∎ To plan, delivery and evaluation of training programme, events & activities to achieve the required impact and income.
∎ To develop the business wing -Teachers' Training, General English Course, Written Business Communication, IELTS, Mental Maths, Karate, Science Club, Art & Design, Computer Programming etc.
∎ To prepare the MAP (Marketing Action Plan) - 3 Months, 6 Months, 1 Year and 2 Years.
∎ To ensure effective and efficient management of training room allocating and make the necessary arrangements and communicate to customers on time.
∎ Ordering and supervising stocks of training materials and stationery etc.
∎ To act as a contact point for external vendors and suppliers, and responsible for overall vendor management for IPSIT Project.
∎ To create purchase orders as requested by Admin team members and ensure that all vendors are paid on time.
∎ To contribute to event management/logistics at the request of operational teams for any kind of events.
∎ Supervision of workstation, training class room, library and cafe and make sure that both places are clean and tidy according to the OIS policy.
∎ To act as a line manager of one or two full time staff and few contractual staff.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Skills and Knowledge: Business Management and Development (Risk Management, Monitoring & Evaluation)
∎ Computer Skills: Microsoft Office
∎ Language Skills: Excellent Spoken and Written both Bengali and English Language Skills

Salary: Negotiable
