Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Automobile

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Engineers, Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management, Mechanical Technician, Public Relation, Service/ support
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Engineering Firms, Motor Vehicle body manufacturer, Motor Workshop

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Increase customer market share.
∎ Meet dealership sales targets (various).
∎ Establish Yearly Staff Training Targets
∎ To prepare and submit accurate KPI reports by the end of every month.
∎ Identify potential Service & Service Parts marketing opportunities.
∎ Audit & review General Tools and Equipment maintenance register every month.
∎ Audit & review open and closed work orders (WO) on a daily basis.
∎ To monitor & audit Haval Warranty Claims on a monthly basis.
∎ Ensure Safety & 3S in the workshop and customer vehicle care
∎ To audit the results of Quality Control Inspections
∎ To monitor all service-related reports sent to GWM
∎ Attend all new model-training courses and conduct in-house training for all technicians.
∎ Audit & ensure all required Special Service Tools are available and in good working order.
∎ Conduct regular Technician meetings
∎ To conduct regular internal meetings between parts, services & sales.
∎ Monitor, record, and identify the causes of vehicle carryovers & Repeat repairs
∎ Monitoring product technical bulletins and repair manuals.
∎ Motivate the Customer Service Staff.
∎ Conduct Analysis of Market Competitors, Market Conditions & Campaign Effectiveness.
∎ Provide strong leadership and guidance to the service team. Set performance expectations, establish clear goals and objectives, and monitor team performance.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to understand customer needs and align service strategies accordingly. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure effective communication.
∎ Prepare and manage the service budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost control. Identify resource gaps and recommend appropriate staffing levels and training needs.
∎ Generate regular reports and analytics on service performance, including key metrics, trends, and customer feedback. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive service enhancements.
