Education:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration

∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ A background in defence services (e.g. retired military or ex-defence personnel) is highly preferred.
∎ A senior administrative or operational role, preferably managing multiple facilities.
∎ Knowledge of security protocols, facility management, and local regulatory compliance.
∎ Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle complex situations with confidence.
∎ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Take charge of all administrative functions across our corporate offices, back offices, and factory facilities, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
∎ Lead and inspire a team of administrative, support service and security personnel to maintain a safe, secure, and efficient work environment.
∎ Manage facility operations, including maintenance, utilities, and essential services, to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, communities, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to address local matters effectively.
∎ Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and ensure compliance with company standards and ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
∎ Oversee vendor management, including contracts, negotiations, and service quality, to ensure the best outcomes for the organization.
∎ Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
∎ Proactively identify and address risks to support business continuity and resolve operational challenges.
∎ Manage daily administrative operations across departments such as HR, finance, legal, IT, and facilities management.
