Educational Requirements:
∎ Degree Pass or Honor Pass.
∎ Educational qualification is relaxable in case of experience.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of enterprise expenditure vouchers, entry of daily transactions in cash book, bank book and ledger.
∎ Updating stock register and property register.
∎ Keeping the income and expenditure accounts of the organization and preparing the income expenditure accounts.
∎ Recording transactions in tally software.
∎ Supervising the work of the organization and assisting in accounting work.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports of the organization and submit to the senior officer.
∎ Assist in preparation of annual audit report.
∎ Timely collection and deposit of VAT and taxes.
∎ To perform other tasks assigned by the Accountant.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum experience 1-2 years in accounts section.
∎ Must be experienced in managing enterprise software.
