Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting/Finance
∎ CA CC Course complete
∎ ICAB/ICMAB (Part Qualified)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare financial statements and necessary reports of Comprehensive income, Financial Position, Statement of Change in equity, Cash flow statement as per IAS, IRFS, BS, BFRS etc., and also capable to prepare different financial models using computer software in different aspects as required by management.
∎ Preparing of Monthly Management Accounts with performance analysis.
∎ Set up line-wise costing for garments along with monitoring on a daily basis.
∎ Style-wise profitability analysis & Style closing.
∎ Order-wise performance Report.
∎ Preparing of Costs Controlling Policy.
∎ Concocting of Monthly/half yearly Cash Budget & yearly Master Budget.
∎ Monthly Production, Costs & profit Analysis with efficiency report.
∎ Make projections for yearly Production, Expenditure etc.
∎ Confirm compliance of organization policy, Companies Act 1994, Income tax ordinance, VAT rules and other related laws.
∎ Correspondence with bank, suppliers and Tax & Vat authorities.
∎ Tax Accounts preparation.
∎ Handling Store Management & setting up SOP for Store operation.
∎ Prepare landed Costing for Material & imported machines & inventory valuation as BAS 2.
∎ Handling Fixed assets management.
∎ Monthly management report -Liabilities position, Export, Import, Realization, Acceptance liability matured statement, Accounts receivables & payable statement, bank reconciliation.
∎ Developing Standard Operating Procedure & checking payment clause for Master LC, BTB LC, UCP-600 (latest version), URC-522
∎ Follow up full team members of accounts and also communicate with commercial, merchandising, production, store, bank. Income tax & vat office, with sister concerns as per requirement etc.
∎ Preparation of master budget and analyze the variances with actual achievement.
∎ Payroll/Salary Management
