Responsibilities & Context:
Design & Creation: Develop logos, websites, social media graphics, ads, packaging, and publications.
Conceptualization: Translate briefs and ideas into compelling visual designs.
Collaboration: Work with marketing, content creators, and stakeholders to meet project goals.
Brand Adherence: Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and standards.
File Preparation: Produce print-ready files and manage digital asset delivery.
Trend Awareness: Stay updated on design software, tools, and current trends.
Essential Skills & Tools:
Software Proficiency: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, etc.
Design Principles: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
Communication: Ability to present ideas and incorporate feedback.
Project Management: Managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
Work Environment:
Can work in-house, for agencies, or freelance.
Collaborates with various teams, from marketing to content.
