Job Responsibilities

• Design professional and creative marketing materials for real estate projects, including

social media posts, promotional banners, project brochures, campaign creatives, and

digital advertisements.

• Develop visually appealing designs for Facebook, Instagram and other digital marketing

platforms.

• Create project-focused creatives highlighting location, investment opportunities, lifestyle

benefits, offers, project features and future value.

• Maintain consistent brand identity across all marketing materials, including logo,

typography, colors and overall visual style.

• Develop multiple creative concepts for the same project or campaign when required.

• Work closely with the Marketing and Sales team to understand campaign objectives and

deliver designs accordingly.

• Make revisions promptly based on feedback and maintain quality throughout the revision

process.

• Handle urgent and time-sensitive design requirements without compromising design

quality.

• Maintain organized design files and source files for future reference.

Video Content & Editing

• Create professional promotional videos for real estate projects.

• Produce Facebook, Instagram Reels and short-form marketing videos.

• Create project walkthrough, property presentation and promotional videos.

• Develop video advertisements for lead-generation campaigns.

• Convert static designs and project information into engaging video content.

• Handle video editing, transitions, typography, sound, visual effects and basic color

correction.

Content, Motion Graphics & Digital Marketing Designer to join our in-house Marketing &

Creative team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing professional visual content for our real

estate projects, social media platforms, digital advertising campaigns and promotional activities.

We are looking for someone who can combine Graphic Design, Video Editing, Motion

Graphics and Digital Marketing knowledge to create engaging content that supports brand

awareness, lead generation and property sales.
