Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, Communication, Computer skill, Marketing, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Online Business, Teaching/ Training
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration & Education Consultancy Service
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Produce promotional Video lectures
∎ Online class conducting with our ambassadors/students
∎ Work closely with students to make their basic strong in certain subjects they are struggling with
∎ Identify the individual needs of the students.
∎ Prepare lessons, assignments, and other assessments for the students
∎ Evaluate the progress of the students through reviewing lessons, assignments or other assessments necessary.
∎ Schedule meetings with students together with their parents to discuss the progress
∎ Recommend the best learning environment for students to help them improve their learning
∎ Prepare learning materials like handouts, presentations and quiz (if necessary)
∎ Following other responsibilities assigned by the company.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ This salary is applicable after 3 months probationary period. Employee will be paid 1/2 salary of their basic until they pass the probation period.

∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Medical allowance, Performance bonus, Profit share, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Employee development scheme 50000 Taka yearly
∎ 30% salary increment yearly
∎ Foreign tour allowance 100000 yearly (condition apply)
∎ T/A allowance 50000 yearly (applicable after first year)
∎ Official tour every 3 months (applicable after first year)
