Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Skills Required: Administration, Market Research, Marketing, Training
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Mapping out training plans and schedules, designing and developing training programs
∎ • Developing marketing materials to be distributed for promoting the subject/course and necessary details
∎ • Use known education principles and stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques for utilizing in the offered subject/courses.
∎ • Design, prepare and order educational aids and materials
∎ • Research curriculum actively and remain up-to-date on developments within the industry and competitors
∎ • Communicate inclusively with partners, stakeholders and experts regarding instructional design
∎ • Selecting and managing resources, including working with both internal employees and training
∎ • Vendors to develop and deliver training
∎ • Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session
∎ • Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
∎ • Host train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts
∎ • Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ • Ability to perform duties independently under general, minimal supervision
∎ • Write logical, comprehensive, concise reports and correspondence
∎ • Communicate effectively orally and in writing in English
∎ • Acquire domain expertise in the functions and activities of the department
∎ • Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships
∎ • Must have Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills
∎ • Highly energetic and self-disciplined
∎ • Proactive with learning and should have 'Can Do' Attitude
∎ • Ability to work under pressure or handle the stress
