Job Responsibilities:
∎ Job Role:- Responsible for achieving organization’s supply chain goal within best cost, desired quality and agreed timeline.
∎ Key Deliverables:-
∎ Ensure effective material planning
∎ Ensure on--time sourcing and availability of Raw Materials
∎ Ensure on--time sourcing and availability of Packing Materials
∎ Prepare Production planning ensuring maximum line utilization and minimum change over time
∎ Ensure on-time sourcing of machinery and other items from local & foreign source;

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 20 years of experience in related field in consumer goods (FMCG) manufacturing industry;
∎ Sound knowledge in production planning, material sourcing and inventory management
∎ Experience in planning, organizing, prioritizing and coordinating work in a changing environment;
∎ Excellent persuasion, negotiation and procurement skills;
∎ Attention to detail;
∎ Excellent analytical skill to review & evaluate supplier performance and proposals;
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet competing deadlines;
∎ Strong creative problem solving skills.
