Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management
∎ Bachelor degree in Business studies discipline/ Civil Engineering.
∎ Professional degree in Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGDSCM
∎ Skills Required: Civil Procurement Sector, price negotiation, Real Estate Supply Chain, Strategic Procurement
Experience Requirements:
∎ 16 to 18 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Civil Procurement Sector, Logistics, Purchase/ Procurement, supply chain management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be responsible for running the overall operations of the Department with an emphasis to implement the policy and work program related to procurement and other issues.
∎ Ensure cost effective procurement of all the materials required for constructions as per established procurement process.
∎ Ensure timely delivery of required materials.
∎ Material supply planning in line with production plan.
∎ Monitor purchase at the market trend.
∎ Handling import of overseas materials.
∎ Prepare periodic & ad-hoc Management information report as per requirement.
∎ Prepare Purchase Budget for stock and non stock items.
∎ Implement service level agreements with the respective vendors.
∎ Maintain very good relationship with the suppliers & creating new supplier.
∎ Conducting survey and forecasting of market trend.
∎ Maintain optimum credit line.
∎ Run the department effectively and efficiently with a good synergy throughout the department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years experience in senior management position.
∎ Sound knowledge on Supply Chain Management.
∎ Sound knowledge on market resources
∎ Proficiency in MS Office (especially in Excel & Word).
∎ Innovative, confident and energetic
∎ Willingness to work beyond general business hours under extreme pressure.
∎ Ethical, honest and straightforward
∎ Strong team player who leads from the front.
∎ Strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skill.
∎ Quantitative analytical ability.
