Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Master of Science (MSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: IEB Enrollment

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Construction, Civil Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Preparation, Revise & implementation.
∎ Regularly review timings, budget, labor, risk and project plans to ensure work stays on track.
∎ Plan department monthly activities calendar.
∎ Ensuring contractual obligations are fulfilled.
∎ Ensuring the delivery of high-quality work within contract timescales.
∎ Dealing with contract disputes and mitigating the impact of any issues.
∎ Reporting to clients and board members on project progress.
∎ Delegating work to senior colleagues and their teams.
∎ Monitoring performance against agreed criteria.
∎ Tracking and controlling the construction schedules and the associated costs for achieving project completion within the budget and time allotted.
∎ Reporting to the senior management on the progress of a project and necessary modifications that has to be executed.
∎ Reviewing progress reports, checking on reported difficulties and correcting any safety violation or other deficiencies.
∎ Visit customers and encourage direct business development and sales activities for the Construction Division.
∎ Review and negotiate terms and conditions of contracts.
∎ Review and negotiate terms and conditions of subcontracts.
∎ Supervise production planning meetings.
∎ Assist Company leadership in running the Company.
∎ Contribution to the detail project plan.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have experiences in Mega Project.
