∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will be overall responsible for monitoring, supervising and managing the Engineering Department (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil) of the Factory to ensure smooth operation of the plant as Chief of the Engineering Department and will report to the Executive Director.
∎ Direct and supervise the layout, erection, installation, testing and operation of the equipment & machinaries of the plant.
∎ Plan, organize, coordinate and execute all maintenance activities including overhauling of machinaries (both scheduled and unscheduled).
∎ Responsible to get the better output from the Maintenance Team though proper coordination & monitoring the activities of engineering department.
∎ Responsible to carryout calibration, validation and documentation of Plant, Equipment & Machinaries.
∎ Ensure servicing, repair & maintenance of Heavy Equipment, Plant & Machinery and to maintain Log Books of operation & maintenance for all machines.
∎ Ensuring troubleshooting of any machinery and to attend immediately for solving problems as early as possible.
∎ Close coordination with Admin Department, Production Department and QC Section at the Factory for ensuring unhindered production.
∎ Providing technical assistance/guidance for Installation, Erection, Maintenance & Repair of Machineries at Factory as and when required.
∎ Any other job as and when assigned by the management.
