Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ MBA is expected
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Planning, implementing and managing the overall activities of the factory which includes full Administration, Engineering & Production and the assets of the Company as In Charge to ensure business growth.
∎ Ensure good running condition of all machines at all times for unhindered production; also maintain close coordination between the Production and maintenance Department and QC Section for achievement of production target and advise.
∎ Ensure correct utilization of all spares drawn from Factory Store in the appropriate machines with proper documentation and good and sound fittings.
∎ Consult with the Head of Sales and the Head of Marketing regarding production plan and delivery.
∎ Remain in touch with all suppliers through Commercial Department for foreign purchase and through Central Purchase Team for local procurement of machineries and spares with reasonable limits of costing as per specification after obtaining permission from the Management and maintain all files.
∎ Ensure necessary training to make the existing workforce efficient and effective.
∎ Do an analysis of manpower status and submit the proposal to the Chairman/Vice Chairman.
∎ Responsible to maintain liaison with the local administration, Govt. /Semi Govt. and private organizations in connection with smooth operation of the factory.
∎ Submit a biweekly activity report to the Chairman and the Vice Chairman and other reports as and when asked.
∎ Any other job/project as and when assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Min 10 years in Factory Operation is highly expected.
